When you register, we ask for your contact information, including items such as name, father's name, mother's name, guardian's name, parent's income, address, email address,telephone number, neet exam details, 10+2 marks, passport image, hslc marksheet, age proof certificate, 10+2 marksheet and neet scorecard.

The information is collected when you successfully submitted the registration form. Unless you fill up the registration form and click on submit, no information is collected from you.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Maintain a record of students applied to our MBBS course.
  • To help screening for the counselling from the list of applicants.
  • Communicate with you, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the MBBS course, and any other information related to the SAHS
  • Send you emails
  • Find and prevent fraud

How we keep information safe

The MIS department, SAHS, Imphal takes all reasonable steps to ensure to protect your Personal Data and all information provided by preventing unauthorized access and misuse,maintaining accuracy and ensuring appropriate use. All efforts are in place to keep the data secure and sharing or transferring of information is strictly controlled. SAHS, Imphal does not share any data with any commercial entities other that service providers under contract but these service providers are also obligated to maintain confidentiality and not share data with any one else. It may however be mentioned that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational controls to protect your personal data against unauthorised processing and against accidental loss, damage or destruction.

Log Files

Shija Academy of Health Sciences follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics.     Your personal data may be disclosed or transferred to relevant third parties such as companies and organizations under contract with SAHS, Manipur for purposes related to specific services associated with the processes of the Examination Section, SAHS, Manipur, including payment through online gateways.These third party service providers are obligated under contract to treat all such data as confidential and these are not to be shared with anyone else.

  • Other entities outside SAHS, Manipur :

    As required under law of the land or under directions of courts or as required by competent authorities, Examination Section, SAHS, Manipur may be required to share or transfer your personal data. Some of these entities include (the list is only indicative):

    • Institutions / Organizations / Departments etc especially of the Government of Manipur who have requested SAHS, Manipur to conduct selection processes on their behalf and to whom results and candidate details need to be shared

    • Results may be shared with relevant professional or statutory regulatory bodies or accreditation bodies especially through the Academic Section.

Children's Information
