General Instructions

Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding with the application.

Step 1: Form Submission
  • Fill in all required personal, academic, and contact details carefully.
  • Ensure that your mobile number is correct and active, as it will be used for future reference.
  • Review all details before submitting the form.
  • Once submitted, an Application ID will be generated. Please note it for future use.
Step 2: Upload Documents
  • Upload the required documents in JPG or PNG format only.
  • Each document must be less than 600 KB in size.
  • Some documents such as Category Certificate or Domicile Certificate are optional and need to be uploaded only if applicable.
  • Make sure uploaded documents are clear and readable.
  • After successful upload, proceed to the next step.
Required Documents
  • NEET 2025 Admit Card (Compulsory)
  • NEET 2025 Marks Sheet (Compulsory)
  • Category / Caste Certificate (Upload if applicable)
  • Domicile Certificate (Upload if applicable)

⚠️ Important: Applications cannot proceed without uploading the compulsory documents.
   Incomplete form submission will be directed to the step next to the previous submission.

Step 3: Payment
  • Complete the payment through the available online payment gateway.
  • Ensure that the payment is successful before closing the browser.
  • After payment completion, your application will be considered fully submitted.
Application Status Check
  • Only applicants who have completed all three steps (Form Submission, Document Upload, and Payment) can check their application details.
  • Application information can be checked using the registered mobile number.
  • Incomplete applications will not be available for status checking.
